Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, it typically takes 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships. This timeframe can vary depending on the product, chosen print provider, order volume, and time of year (e.g., holidays may cause slight delays).
Most orders enter production within 24 hours.
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times and Methods
Shipping times begin after your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier. Delivery estimates are as follows (business days, excluding weekends and holidays):
United States (Domestic):
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (most common option)
Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days (budget-friendly)
Priority / Express options: Faster delivery may be available at checkout for an additional fee (2–3 business days total in some cases via Express Delivery)
Canada:
Typically 5–15 business days (or up to 10–30 business days depending on the provider)
Typically 10–30 business days
Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Your shipping destination
Product type and weight
Chosen shipping method
We use a flat-rate shipping (published directly to Shopify for accuracy).
You can view exact shipping costs for your order during checkout. We recommend reviewing them before completing your purchase.
For orders outside the United States/Canada:
You may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT/GST fees imposed by your country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We cannot control or estimate these charges—please check with your local customs office for details.
Shipping addresses must be accurate and complete. Specific requirements for international addresses—invalid or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided or on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, or local equivalents).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
